Internal Medicine Physician

Aurora, Colorado, Part Time. $150 Hourly

Magnolia Medical invites you to apply to join our outpatient addiction medicine team. We are seeking Doctors of Medicine (MD) or Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). This is a part time position for a dynamic provider in a high-paced outpatient clinic setting with a focus on behavioral healthcare Suboxone treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality addiction medicine in a multidisciplinary outpatient team setting
  • Take medical history, perform physical exams, order and interpret labs
  • Prescribe MAT medications as part of a comprehensive treatment plan
  • Communicate information to patients regarding progress and treatment goals
  • Coordinate treatment with primary care providers, addiction counselors and other medical staff

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree from an accredited school of Medicine
  • Must be actively licensed in the state of Colorado
  • Must possess an active Controlled Substance Registration Certificate and U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license
  • Must possess an X-DEA waiver (Magnolia Medical can assist in obtaining)
